For Guests
Step 1
Find an apartment
Browse verified apartments across Asaba. Filter by area, property type, price and number of guests.
Step 2
Pick your dates
Choose your check-in and check-out dates (minimum stay applies) and see the full price before you book.
Step 3
Pay securely
Pay online with card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. Complete payment within 60 minutes to hold your dates.
Step 4
Check in and enjoy
Your booking is confirmed instantly after payment. You will find the host's contact details and check-in time on your booking page.
For Hosts
Step 1
Create a host account
Sign up and choose "Host" as your account type.
Step 2
List your apartment
Add photos, pricing, amenities, house rules and your cancellation policy.
Step 3
Get approved
Our team reviews every listing before it goes live, so guests can book with confidence.
Step 4
Receive bookings
Guests pay upfront online. Your earnings are paid out after the platform commission of 5%.
Cancellation policies
Each host picks one of these policies. It is shown on the listing before you book.
Flexible
Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day before check-in.
Moderate
Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
Strict
50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
Cancellations outside these windows are not refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
